If you're looking to stay in the middle of an awesome neighborhood, then this is the place. The location is excellent, close not only to restaurants but also a large supermarket, Sprouts (under a ten-minute walk). Nicole was super responsive with communication and the space itself is cozy and clean. It makes a great base from which to explore San Diego, and I'd definitely stay here again!

Had a very pleasant stay at Nicole's place. I was only in town for one day but loved the stay at her place and the location. It was very cute, comfortable and close to all of my activities. I was travelling solo but felt safe and secure. My next trip I'd stay again .

Loved the spot, only stayed for a few nights but very worth it. My only complaint’s is that the A/C can be very loud and the tv is quite small but that’s just nit-picky. THANK you for letting me stay!

We had a wonderful two-week stay! The neighborhood felt safe, convenient, and incredibly trendy, with great yoga studios, coffee shops, and plenty to enjoy within the area. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my 20-year-old daughter and me. We also loved being so close to the Layfayette hotel where we enjoyed “pool days” with day passes. Nicole was an excellent host, great communication, responsive and very accommodating, especially with my late checkout request, which I really appreciated. We would happily stay here again!

Perks of this location: Check in was easy and simple, place was very clean, central to so many famous locations (Balboa Park, SD airport, La Jolla, Gaslamp quarter). It comes with a parking spot! The place had a lot of personal touches to it with cute furnishings (like the little patio outside). Nicole is a great host who is very responsive and receptive to feedback.
Some things to be aware about: The bathroom sink is a little cramped due to the overlying cabinet so it was a bit difficult to wash your face. The bedsheets are pretty thick and heavy for summer time.

I had a great stay at Nicole’s place in San Diego! The location near North Park was perfect, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops were all just a short walk away, which made exploring the area super easy and enjoyable. The home itself was comfortable and exactly what I needed.
I also want to give a big thank you to Nicole for handling a minor inconvenience so quickly and professionally. She resolved it fast and made sure everything was taken care of, which I really appreciated.

Nicole was an absolutely amazing host! From the moment I booked, everything was so well thought out and easy. Having an included parking space was an absolute must in San Diego, and it made my stay so much more convenient. Her directions for where to park and how to get to the house were incredibly clear and easy to follow. I had zero issues finding everything because her instructions were flawless.
The little touches really stood out, too. The filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator and the ice waiting in the freezer were such thoughtful amenities that made me feel right at home after being out exploring the city. As I was checking out, I had the pleasure of meeting her cleaner, Dee Dee, who was just as wonderful. She was so kind and welcoming, and it was clear that Nicole has an amazing team helping her provide such a great experience.
I truly couldn't have asked for a better stay. If I'm ever back in San Diego, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
