All in the extremely walkable North Park area, close to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants and tourist attractions like the zoo and Balboa Park. There are a total of four units on this property. This is a duplex with 1 shared wall between the two units. Outdoor seating area is shared with next door tenants. Guests have a designated parking spot and can use the shared outdoor space to sit and relax. Guests can message through the Airbnb app. during their stay. North Park: one of San Diego’s most vibrant, walkable neighborhoods with coffee shops, breweries, eateries, boutiques, and grocery stores minutes away. Easy access to Balboa Park, Zoo, Downtown San Diego, Hillcrest, and the beaches. Walkable neighborhood. Ride shares are also easily accessible if you decide not to rent a car. No parties allowed. Quiet hours are 9 PM-8 AM strictly enforced.

Wonderful stay! Nicole was a great host, very fast to respond to questions and one request that we had. The location is great, house felt clean and appreciated the parking spot given the location. Would come back! It was one of the first times we felt almost at home at an Airbnb.

The main things we were looking for when looking for a place to stay in SD was a parking spot, king bed, AC, and a place to ourself, and Nicole’s spot checked all our boxes! Once there, we also appreciated the larger kitchen and laundry in unit. When we ran into an issue with one of the AC units, Nicole was super responsive and helpful and made sure to get it sorted out, which we greatly appreciated.
Overall, Nicole’s place was a great spot to come back to each day after exploring SD!

I stayed at Nicole’s place for a little over a month and it was the perfect fit! The North Park neighborhood was very cute and felt safe. I especially felt safe having a dedicated parking spot and a gated entrance to come home to at night. The way the bungalow is situated doesn’t allow for direct street access either which was a bonus for safety, noise, privacy, etc.
The bungalow is perfectly outfitted and Nicole was very responsive. When I noticed there wasn’t a toaster that had been in the listing she immediately ordered one for me to have the next day. I had a couple issues with WiFi that were also immediately taken care of after letting Nicole know.
Only thing I could have used was some shelving in the closet. Due to my long stay it would have been nice to unpack into some drawers or shelves rather than all hanging space. There was one of those hanging cubbys in the closet which definitely came in handy though.
Overall my stay was lovely and would 100% stay again or recommend!

We had a wonderful two-week stay! The neighborhood felt safe, convenient, and incredibly trendy, with great yoga studios, coffee shops, and plenty to enjoy within the area. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my 20-year-old daughter and me. We also loved being so close to the Layfayette hotel where we enjoyed “pool days” with day passes. Nicole was an excellent host, great communication, responsive and very accommodating, especially with my late checkout request, which I really appreciated. We would happily stay here again!

Nicole was an absolutely amazing host! From the moment I booked, everything was so well thought out and easy. Having an included parking space was an absolute must in San Diego, and it made my stay so much more convenient. Her directions for where to park and how to get to the house were incredibly clear and easy to follow. I had zero issues finding everything because her instructions were flawless.
The little touches really stood out, too. The filtered water pitcher in the refrigerator and the ice waiting in the freezer were such thoughtful amenities that made me feel right at home after being out exploring the city. As I was checking out, I had the pleasure of meeting her cleaner, Dee Dee, who was just as wonderful. She was so kind and welcoming, and it was clear that Nicole has an amazing team helping her provide such a great experience.
I truly couldn't have asked for a better stay. If I'm ever back in San Diego, I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
